Service Agreement

All remodeling projects require a signed Service Agreement outlining:

No project will begin until both parties sign this agreement.

Age Requirement

Payment Terms

Failure to make payments may result in delays or suspension of work.

Changes to Scope

Homeowners may request changes during the project. All changes must be documented and approved in writing through a Change Order, which may affect:

- Overall project scope

Work related to changes will not begin until the Change Order is approved by both parties.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, renderings, plans, estimates, and materials provided by Elk River Contracting LLC remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid.

Upon final payment, homeowners may use provided plans solely for their personal project with Elk River Contracting LLC. Plans may not be shared, sold, reused, or provided to another contractor without written permission.

Photo & Media Use

We may request permission to photograph or record your completed project for our portfolio and marketing purposes.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must follow the terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement. In general:

- Deposits are non-refundable

- Refunds for unused materials or incomplete work may be considered on a case-by-case basis

- Custom-ordered materials cannot be refunded

Any approved refunds will be issued according to the terms of the Service Agreement.

Liability & Warranty

Elk River Contracting LLC performs services with professional skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- We warrant workmanship as outlined in your Service Agreement

- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures

We are not responsible for delays caused by supply chain issues, weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, or homeowner-caused delays.

Use of Website, Forms & Resources

Our website, forms, and downloadable resources are provided for informational purposes only. Any pricing ranges, timelines, or examples are general and may not apply to your specific project. You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, upload harmful files, or interfere with the functionality of our systems.

By submitting a form, requesting a guide, or signing up for a consultation, you agree that Kitchen & Bath Factory may contact you by:

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
